Returns & Refund

Should you require an exchange or refund (online purchases only) please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of dispatch date.

All items for exchange or refund must be unworn, undamaged and in new condition in their original packaging.

Please include the original invoice and a note containing your desired response (Exchange/Refund).

We recommend sending any jewellery items back to us via Special Delivery and that you obtain proof of postage from the post office.

We do not accept any responsibility for items until it has been delivered to our premises. Once received please allow 10 working days for processing.

All refunds (online purchases only) will only ever be given to the original payment method used to place the order. Monies issued via a refund to the original card may take upto 5 working days (from the date of issue).

For ring sizing, should you require a different size, any rings sent back to us must be unworn, as new with the required size include in the parcel.

Please note, not all rings can be sized due to metals, settings or stones, therefore we may need to have a new ring made in your size which may take longer than 30 days. In this instance you will be advised an approximate delivery time for your new ring.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
